Our ambulatory medical transportation service is designed for patients who can walk independently or with minimal assistance. We provide safe, reliable, door-to-door transportation for medical appointments within Hemet city limits only. Ideal for doctor visits, therapy, dialysis, and routine healthcare needs. For transportation outside Hemet, please select the appropriate outside-area service.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: All online bookings require a valid credit or debit card on file. Your card will be charged after service completion based on actual distance traveled. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel or reschedule a ride, clients must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. - Free cancellation: 24+ hours before pickup - Late cancellation fee: $25 (less than 24 hours notice) - No-show fee: $35 (patient not present at pickup location after driver arrival) WAIT TIME POLICY: Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location at no charge. Wait time beyond 15 minutes will be charged at $15 per 15 minutes increment. If wait time exceeds 30 minutes, the trip may be cancelled and charged as a no-show. PRICING & PAYMENT: Pricing is based on distance traveled. Please select the appropriate distance option when booking. Final charges will be calculated based on actual mileage after your trip is completed. Payment is processed automatically to your card on file within 24 hours of service. PICKUP & SERVICE: - Drivers will arrive within a 15-minute pickup window of your scheduled time - Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time - Wait time beyond 15 minutes may result in additional charges - Service area: Hemet and Riverside County PASSENGERS & EQUIPMENT: - Companions are allowed with advance notice (additional fee applies) - Oxygen tanks and medical equipment must be mentioned when booking - Wheelchair and gurney services require advance booking for proper vehicle assignment BOOKING & AVAILABILITY: All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability and may be rescheduled based on medical priority or emergency situations. Same-day and emergency transportation requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS: We reserve the right to refuse service if patient condition requires a higher level of medical care than non-emergency medical transportation can provide.
